Our services.

Birth Support
Includes:
Three 60-90 min prenatal sessions to create and discuss your birth plan, help prepare you for your big day, and discuss any questions you may have along the way.
Continuous text, phone, and email support throughout your pregnancy
Round-the-clock access to your doula from week 38 to your delivery date, throughout your labor process, and one-two hours after the birth of your baby
Assistance with breast/chest-feeding techniques and latch support and/or bottle-feeding techniques and support
Two postpartum visits (2 hours each) after baby comes home

Postpartum Support
Includes:
Two visits prior to delivery to discuss postpartum goals and expectations
Two visits per week for up to three weeks after delivery
Assistance with breast/chest-feeding techniques and latch support and/or bottle-feeding techniques and support
Assistance with pumping, bottle-care, and formula
Assistance and support with baby’s first bath and belly button care
Assistance with baby clothes and utilizing carriers and gear
Assistance with swaddling techniques
Parent-care including light meal prep, light housekeeping, help with laundry, and assistance with sibling care.
Soothing baby while parent(s) rest or bringing baby to parent(s) for feedings, etc. during rest time
Visits can be scheduled during the day, evenings or overnight
$810 - $990 flat for six 3-hour visits a la carte
$405 as an add-on to the Birth Support package
$45/hr - Additional daytime hours
$55/hr - Additional overnight hours
$400 flat - Additional full overnight (7pm-7am)

Long-Term Postpartum Support
Includes:
Two visits prior to delivery to discuss postpartum goals and expectations
Two visits per week for two-three months.
Everything from Postpartum Support package plus:
Herbal care and support for parent(s) and/or birthing person to include assistance with pain relief and other postpartum challenges
$1080 - $2640 a la carte
$540 - $1320 as an add on to the Birth Support package
$45/hr - Additional daytime hours
$55/hr - Additional overnight hours
$400 flat - Additional full overnight (7pm-7am)

Support in Loss
Companionship and care for parent(s) and family during bereavement process after a loss or miscarriage
Pre- and Post-abortion care to include a ride to and from the clinic, a companion throughout the process, and after-care

Sliding Scale Fees
While $45/hr is reflective of the value of my services, I recognize the barriers set by society that may prevent someone from receiving or even seeking out doula care. Racism, homophobia, xenophobia, transphobia. ablism, poverty, etc. are constant walls in our community. As a devout advocate of reproductive justice, I provide sliding scale pricing for those who need it. Simply reach out.
